Formula Solutions Inc is looking for a Machine Operator to join our team!

Job description:

• Follow schedule for optimal production.
• Change tools in machines.
• Ensure CNC machines are running properly.
• Work with other departments for smooth operations.
• Cleaning and maintenance on machines daily.
• keep area clean – must be comfortable with house cleaning daily, there will be dust
• You will be trained on the Day shift and then moved to the afternoon shift when your training is complete.

Requirements & Prerequisites

Basic requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• A strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills are required.
• Must be capable of reading and interpreting documents such as safety policy and procedures,  operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, and management.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
• Afternoon shift(with Shift Premium)
