Your new role
The Enterprise Application Specialist is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise applications. You are responsible for identifying business needs, providing end-user support, leading change initiatives, delivering training, driving test plans, and working closely with external vendors.
What you'll need to succeed
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform ideally implementing Business Central, Customer Service.
- Guide projects and change initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Gather, document, prioritize and iterate user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- Facilitate business buy-in and adoption of proposed software solutions.
- Translate and elicit conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop prototypes of interfaces and attributes based on user requirements.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts to provide direction to colleagues and vendors.
- Lead the planning and execution of functional, integration and acceptance testing of software solutions to ensure functionality and performance are suitable for business needs.
- Provide business training for enterprise applications, including workshops, group and individual training and the development of user guides.
- Manage internal and external vendor tracking and incident systems to ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of issues.
- Familiarity with finance workflows and proven experience with accounting system implementations.
- Extensive experience with designing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing new IT applications and systems.
Education and experience required.
- University degree in the fields of Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of related experience.
