Customer Service Rep and Order Processing

Job description
Furniture distributor in North America is looking for e-commerce assistant and order processing staff to work with our e-commerce team to handle the internet marketing and order processing tasks.
Duties :
- Process online orders by create shipment, monitor shipping process, handle customer inquires and complaints, offer solutions and customer services;
*Gather and interpret online analytics, to be used in improving user experience
*knowledge of social media, update posts and ads on social media.
*Show initiative in innovating the online business to maximize customer engagement and revenue
Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you need to have the following:
*Postsecondary degree or diploma in business, marketing, or computer, web design;
*Customer service experience in any retail/wholesale circumstances
*Strong computer skills - intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced functions, etc.);
*Experience or keen interest in merchandizing and category support - retail analysis
experience is preferred
*Experiences of e-commerce or social media marketing an asset.

Contract length: 6 months
Salary : $15.00-$22.78 per hour

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
