Description
Ghost Transportation Services is an established, locally owned company, with over 35 years in the transportation industry. We currently have an opening for a full time Accounts Payable person.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, high attention to detail, high level of accuracy, be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel, be a positive team player able to assist where needed. In return, Ghost Transportation Services offers a fun atmosphere with benefits package and compensation based on experience. Preference will be given to those with experience in the Transportation Industry, a background with TruckMate software is a definite asset.
Duties:
Processing invoices for payment
Prepare payments in a timely manner
New vendor setup, including ensuring proper insurances are in place
Backup for answering phones
Record keeping & filing
Additional responsibilities as required
Requirements:
At least one year of work experience in an accounts payable position, preferably in a fast paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with focus on accuracy
Ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and teamwork oriented
