Job Description: As a therapy manager at Sports Centre Physiotherapy, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy, massage therapy, and treatment support staff. The role combines clinical expertise with managerial skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care while maintaining efficiency and productivity. 
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, and therapy assistants, ensuring they adhere to best practices and deliver exceptional patient care 
Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient satisfaction 
Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment 
Coordinate scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources 
Oversee patient intake processes, treatment planning, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards 
Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, implementing improvements as needed to achieve key performance indicators and goals 
Recruit qualified professional staff to join our team 
Communicate regularly with owner to discuss KPI’s, future actions, and progress towards goals 
Maintain a caseload of patients 
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
Valid license and registration allowing work in PEI 
Proven experience in clinical practice with a strong background in musculoskeletal and sports therapy 
Prior experience in managerial or leadership role 
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
Able to effectively prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment 
Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
