-Start: ASAP
-Estimated length: 15 months
-Location: Moncton
-Hybrid role (Work is expected to primarily be offsite support with the opportunity to work onsite occasionally for specific engagements or meetings)

Responsibilities
⦁The Change Manager will work closely with the Business Owner and Executive Sponsor as well as the Project Manager and Business Analyst is assessing change impacts, developing plans and ensuring readiness of stakeholders.
⦁The project structure consists of multiple working groups with individual Business Leads and Sponsors.
⦁The Change Manger will be co-lead of a working group focused on operationalization and change.
⦁The Change Manager will work with this external consultant, who will advise on best practices related to program implementations, strategy, impacts, priorities and possible mitigations.

⦁The ECM Manager will provide guidance and oversight to ensure enterprise factors are considered and the approach is aligned with the methodology and deliverables expected.
⦁The Change Manager and the ECM Manager will meet regularly to discuss deliverables and risks.
