Job description

This is an ideal position for a Patient Educator/Consultant, Clinical Manager or someone intimately familiar with IOL's and the operational flow of an ophthalmic clinic looking to capitalize on their knowledge of technology and best practices in the ophthalmology space.


The Account Manager - RxSight LAL will be responsible for optimizing new and existing customer workflow and penetration of RxSight products prior to, during, and after the initial onboarding processes. This position will work as a trusted advisor with Canadian RxSight Customers during, and after onboarding activities to lead patient education, clinic flow, and ensuring referring OD networks are optimized for RxSight Technology. Position will work within Customer Clinics to ensure proper education is disseminated and clearly understood by all customer staff. The Account Manager will identify and work with other qualified candidates within the Surgery Center and Customer’s Clinic that are not currently utilizing the RxSight Technology to assist with the adoption of RxSight Technology. The role will be responsible for increasing same-store sales by increasing customer adoption of the LAL technology.
