Position: HR and Payroll Specialist
Location: Saint-Laurent
Salary: Up to $75,000 per year + benefits
Job Type: Permanent
A very well-established and successful company is seeking an
HR and Payroll Specialist to lead the HR function. They are offering $75K plus full benefits including a pension plan and other excellent advantages for a nice work-life balance in line with their core values.
In this role, you will be overseeing the HR function touching every aspect of Human Resources: - Full cycle recruitment
- Ongoing Implementing and updating of policies and procedures
- Overseeing training and onboarding
- Health and safety
- CSST
- Projects such as bill 101 compliance and pay equity
- Managing payroll for 60 employees A-Z (with support staff)
- Employee benefits
- Employee communications
- Corporate events
- Other related tasks to support the HR function
You are the perfect candidate if you: - Have at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Have at least 1-3 years of experience in payroll
- Are fluently bilingual to communicate with employees in other Canadian provinces
- Are a resourceful, outgoing and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of variety of tasks
