About the Opportunity  

• 80% AP / 20% AR (approximately) 

  AP 

• Make entries into Sage 300 while regular team members deal with a software implementation 

• Invoice processing (20/day max) 

• Post to Sage 300 

• Matching 

• Communicate with vendors 

  AR 

• Process donations and payments (cheque / credit card) 

• Update bank information 

• Create batches 

• Process invoices 

About You 

• 3 - 5 years of AP experience 

• Intermediate Excel skills 

• Sage 300 experience (strong asset) 

• AR exposure (asset) 

• NPO industry exposure (asset) 

Hourly Rate 

$25/hr
