EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPER- Decolonial Indigenization
RESEARCH AND ACADEMIC INNOVATION
NorQuesters are difference makers and we’re searching for a passionate educator to join our Research and Academic Innovation team as an Educational Developer, with a specialized focus on Decolonial Indigenization. This Educational Developer will provide thoughtful leadership, modelling and guidance around decolonial and Indigenous perspectives into development, teaching and learning.
To thrive in this role, you must be actively working as an ally to our Indigenous relations, building meaningful relationships with our faculty and Indigenous colleagues, and have experience integrating decolonial and Indigenous perspectives into curriculum, pedagogy, and teaching practices.
As a member of Research and Academic Innovation, you are a connector and relationship-builder who loves to create, lead, and support Faculty members. You are dedicated to learner success by supporting instructors to create outstanding and inclusive learning experiences for all learners. This role will also provide instructional modelling and coaching, tools, support, and guidance for Faculty members.
Bring your previous experiences and skills to design and facilitate Faculty experiences that strengthen and deepen decolonial Indigenization practices across curriculum design, teaching and learning practices. Create impact by helping Faculty to enhance their understanding and practices of decolonial Indigenization from where they are at.

SALARY: Reflective upon what you bring, AKA your education and experience. This is a two-year term position until April 30, 2026 with immediate access to our great pension and benefit programs.
This is a Faculty role, and the pay range is quite large, check out the Appendix A to better understand how pay is determined.
