Job description
One of our TOP Consumer Services clients is looking to hire a Sr. Manager of Credit & Collections for a HYBRID (3x a week) FTE opening.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the internal credit team
- Managing issues related to billing
- Tracking and analyzing credit and collections strategies
- Working / managing a 3rd party credit and collections vendor
Must Haves:
- 10+ years of experience within credit and collections
- Able to travel to Costa Rica every month / every other month (minimum a week - 2 weeks)
- 5+ years of experience leading / managing a team
- Extensive experience with credit granting
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to have experience:
- Experience working with a 3rd party vendor within credit and collections
