As a Visual Design Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity and our clients. You will be managing a team of graphic designers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including CSM, Marketing, Paids Ad, Product, and sales. . You will utilize your creative skills and technical expertise to design and optimize websites, landing pages, e-blasts, and marketing collaterals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and experience in product design, along with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of graphic designers and help engage our audience and their users through visually compelling digital experiences.
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly websites, landing pages, and e-blasts that reflect our brand identity and messaging while optimizing for conversion and user engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative concepts and design assets for digital marketing campaigns, including banners, ads, social media graphics, and email templates.
- Create compelling marketing collaterals, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials, to support lead generation and sales efforts.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, and marketing objectives into effective design solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions, including competitive analysis, user feedback, and usability testing.
- Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs, including providing design specifications, assets, and feedback throughout the development process.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and design tools in web design, digital marketing, and user experience to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design systems to ensure consistency and coherence across all digital touchpoints.
- Provide design support and guidance to internal teams, including training, mentorship, and design reviews.
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes, tools, and standards to improve efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, HCI, or a related field; relevant certifications or additional training preferred.
- Proven experience as a visual designer, web designer, or digital designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing website design, landing pages, e-blasts, and marketing collaterals.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, Webflow, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience designing for various digital platforms and devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablets.
- Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Previous experience in product design or familiarity with product design principles is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Type: 5 days in office, onsite role

Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
