Our Sales Representatives are experts in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service!
Sales Representative also will: - Develop comprehensive knowledge of all available services to effectively educate new and existing customers
- Foster a welcoming and engaging environment for customers to discuss their needs and concerns
- Utilize active listening skills to understand the specific needs of each customer
- Provide personalized solutions to customers that meet their individual needs
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce to manage prospect and appointment information
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills
The Ideal Applicants will have: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required in a customer-facing, sales, business development, or marketing role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must-have for this position
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is highly valued
- Flexible full-time availability is required for this role
- A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are preferred
