Job description


Main Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains staff by orienting and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
Prepare reports on rooms status, maintenance and inspecting cleaned rooms and releasing to front desk for rent
Implementing measures to avoid stock damages, theft, and wastage
Inventory controls to ensure we have proper amounts on hand
Thorough understanding of BW procedures and policies
Supervise and coordinate staff
Assign duties and prepare work schedules
Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests
Ensure the visual standards and image of the hotel are maintained, such as branded displays, signage and cleanliness
May perform the same duties as workers supervised
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies
Attention to detail to ensure all cleaning standards are met
Other duties as assigned
