Job description Boom Transport inc Looking to hire a full time New or experienced Dispatch/Load Planner to join our team based out of our Brampton office. We invest time and support in our employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise.

Skills and Responsibilities:
Ensure all pickups and deliveries are carried out efficiently and on-time. Knowledge of Load Link and DatPower load boards required. Load optimization knowledge and experience is critical. Monitor driver/vendor productivity on a daily/nightly basis to ensure high level of service with the highest degree of on time performance and accuracy. Co-ordinate with the distribution center/vendors/drivers seamlessly. Extensive knowledge of the Canada and USA and Cross border customs clearance procedures. Strong knowledge of AVAAL dispatch and ACE,ACI systems is required. Excellent communications skills both written and oral– fluent in English. Excellent organizational skills - detail oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Perform all other duties as assigned and required. Strong computer skills. Must work well in a fast paced team environment. Knowledge of Microsoft word,Excel,PowerPoint. Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication.
