Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful luxury nursing home based in Dartmouth Devon.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides personcentred care to elderly residents who require general nursing respite palliative/endoflife residential care and specialist dementia care.

Interview Process: The interview process will be in a twostage format.
- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner and Regional Director
- Stage Two Inperson interview with the SMT
The Candidate: - Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within large nursing homes
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen with a history of driving occupancy and improving fees
- Successful in the private / selffunder market
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
Location: The care home is based in Dartmouth and is commutable from Brixham Paignton Totnes Torquay Salcombe Newton Abbot Teignmouth Dawlish Plymouth and surrounding areas.
