Kerr Controls Limited (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, equipment and supplies. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to grow and excel in the role of Inside Sales Specialist (Refrigeration) , serving Kerr's New Brunswick and PEI-based customers.
The Inside Sales Specialist (Refrigeration) plays a key role in generating sales of residential and commercial refrigeration equipment and related supplies by providing exceptional customer service and support.
A positive attitude, focus on customer satisfaction, intermediate level computer skills (MS Office Suite), and excellent interpersonal skills are core competencies essential to performing this role.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience working in refrigeration related equipment sales or service, as well as some training/education in refrigeration systems.
Bilingualism (English & French) is preferred, but not necessarily required.
The candidate must be willing to participate in both technical and professional training.
