Role Highlights:
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team the Senior Tax Manager will:
- Offer toptier tax advice and strategic planning to diverse clients helping them meet their financial objectives.
- Engage directly with clients for tax consultations planning and query resolution.
- Lead the development of taxplanning strategies and oversee complex tax return preparations.
- Foster an integrated service approach ensuring seamless client service across different service lines.
- Maintain and enhance tax compliance and accuracy across individual business and entity tax returns adhering to all relevant regulations.
- Stay abreast of tax law changes conducting research to provide innovative solutions and internal team training.
- Drive the firms growth through strong client relationships new business development and enhancing service offerings.
Requirements
What We Seek:
- CPA designation with completion of the Indepth tax program.
- Over 7 years of experience in tax advisory postcompletion of the Indepth tax program.
- Profound knowledge of GAAP/GAAS ASPE and Canadian Taxation.
- Familiarity with CaseWare CaseView and other tax preparation/research software.
- Exceptional leadership communication and project management skills.
