Job description
Heavy Crude Hauling LP has a position available for Heavy Duty JM Mechanic. There is a modified work schedule in effect.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintenance of trucks, trailers and shop equipment (brake jobs, suspension work, changing tires)
- Monitor shop, yard, parking and maintenance of these
- Operate yard truck as necessary
- Assist in moving large parts
- Know & follow all Heavy Crude company policies and safety rules
- Work in a safe and responsible manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Put incoming parts away
Removal of garbage including non-reusable parts
Put away tools and parts not used
- Maintain service records (work orders, time sheets)
- Maintain power equipment, air tools, forklift and other shop equipment as needed
- Shop Inspections monthly
- Installations and maintenance of AVLs
- Complete CVIPs
- Comply to HS&E Standards and participate in system
- All other duties that may be assigned

- First Aid Certificate
- Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal Endorsement
