Wages : $16.00 to $20.00/hour(To be negotiated)

Job Requirements
Languages :Vietnamese, Tagalog (Philippine)
Education :No degree, certificate or diploma
Experience :2 years
- Immigration related work experience is an asset.

Personal Suitability :Excellent oral communication, Organized, Excellent written communication, Effective interpersonal skills
Business Equipment and Computer Applications :Electronic mail, MS Excel, Accounting software, Adobe Acrobat Reader
Specific Skills :Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures, Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, Carry out administrative activities of establishment, Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
