Description
Yorkton Tribal Council Child and Family Serivces - YTL is looking for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Vehicle Asset Clerk. Reporting directly to the Administration Manager, the Vehicle Asset Clerk is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the safe operation, maintenance and compliance of policy guidelines and standards related to fleet and fleet licensing. The Vehicle Asset clerk is also responsible for maximizing the fleets efficiency, managing scheduled vehicle maintenance and costs incurred, and updating the vehicle database. This position is also responsible for the Purchase Order Process, Vehicle Inspections, and Vehicle Insurance updates and renewals.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and database computer programs.
Demonstrated analytical and planning skills.
Must display excellent written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills.
Must have experience in working with budgets, document development, office administration.
Must be able to work with minimum or no supervision.
Must be dependable and reliable.
Must be prompt and efficient in completing tasks.
Valid Drivers License and possess a reliable vehicle.
Must have knowledge of automotive maintenance
Must be able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to upgrade skills when time and funding permits.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
Must be able to sign an Oath of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
