We are currently seeking to add a person to our inventory department.

Responsibilities
As an Inventory Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
-Rush order request;
-Printing and amend pick ticket from ERP system
-Coordinating shipment with 3PL’s (follow up orders)
-Coding carriers on picks tickets
-Updating pick tickets after each printing session
-Empty bin Report transaction
-Validating and processing cycle count
-Processing bin transfer in system
-Being an active participant in investigation process upon receiving
-Customer complaint request from CET
-Processing returns/ SRO’s in ERP
-Processing inventory adjustment in ERP system
-Being an active participant of Year End Count Process
-Transfers processing picks and coordinating with traffic
-Sample request
-Repack project
Qualifications
-Able to communicate well in English and French;
-High sense of urgency;
-Provide support in the warehouse when needed;
-Detail-oriented;
-Investigative mind;
-Curious nature;
-Analytical mind;
Good with numbers;
Detail oriented;
Autonomous;
Someone who adapts well to new environments.
