- Manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Create and monitor cost reports to ensure projects stay within budget
- Handle pricing changes in the scope of work and negotiate with stakeholders
- Manage progress billings, supplier and sub-trade payables
- Coordinate the purchasing of major items for projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery
- Attend start-up, download, site, and owner meetings
- Monitor field production and address any issues that may arise

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all personnel and subtrades
- Excellent communication skills to interact with consultants, owners, subtrades, suppliers, governing authorities, and various company departments
- Organized with a keen attention to detail
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment plants is an asset
