You will ensure Enbridge Waste Management compliance for Liquids Pipelines (LP) and Gas Transmission, Midstream (GTM) and Utilities business units.

What you will do:LeadershipManage a team of professionals by setting goals/objectives, coaching & mentoring, follow-up on progress, providing input, removing obstacles, and evaluating outcomes.Lead waste program as part of Environmental Protection Program, including characterization, scheduling, and reporting for LP, GTM and Utilities Operations. Waste Characterization & StorageMaintain compliance with permits/orders related to operating permits; develop interface to support operations awareness to permit conditions/triggers.

Waste Strategy/Contract ManagementDevelop and implement strategies to review and keep current waste management processes, procedures, and standards. Develop systems to facilitate waste management process: including requisition, characterization, scheduling, manifest generation/record, and invoice payment. Supports Environmental Operations Managers in the CAN/USA in the implementation of waste program and best practices and tools to support operations.

Who you are:Undergraduate Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in related field (Environment, Systems Engineering, Science, or related field).10 years of progressive responsible experience in environment compliance with both operational and project experience is preferred. Proven experience in a leadership position managing Leaders in a team-focused approach. High degree of knowledge and practical experience with DOT and other waste management regulations.

Effective management, leadership accountability and interpersonal skills. Working Conditions:Office based.15-20% travel to field locations, including on-site operational incidents. Enbridge provides competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
