Job description

Randstad Canada is looking for an experienced CONTRACT INVENTORY PLANNER (CIP) for our client in the Aerospace Industry, located in LaChine, Montreal.

Our client is a leading, independent distributor and global provider of innovative supply chain solutions. Their expertise and their global reach allow them to support some of the world’s most critical industries, including commercial aerospace and aftermarket, defense and space, automotive manufacturing, industrial equipment manufacturing, and pharmaceutical R&D.

600 HOURS CONTRACT + STRONG POSSIBILITY FOR EXTENSION / PERMANENT POSITION

Responsibilities
- Proactively work contract pipeline the inventory for the contract is healthy
- Updates backorders reports
- Shopping and sending RFQ to suppliers
- Work with supply chain to ensure promise deliveries are respected
- Work with purchasing to ensure all the purchase orders are in place
- Work open order book
- Provide customer open order book
- Process orders as needed

- Provide KPI on inventory health & Supply chain health

Qualifications
- Bilingual, Advanced English is A MUST.
- Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Minimum 2 years is similar roles
