Face-to-face position at our Boucherville office. The hybrid mode is currently being deployed.

Enter orders into the ERP system.
Process returns, invoicing and certain types of credit.
Strong customer service skills
Excellent command of French (oral and written) and an intermediate level of English (you will be communicating with customers across Canada)
Good knowledge of the Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Experience with an ERP system, an asset
