Job description

You will be responsible for proactively supporting our customers for a wide range of scenarios including defining business process analyzing requirements and driving business process improvements for our clients.

Responsibilities:
CoLeads scoping sessions with the technical lead.
Share scoping meeting agendas (as relevant)
Share scoping meeting recordings and actions items
Document requirements in process flows and user stories
Review documented requirements with technical lead.
Save and maintain any client documentation in the ShareDrive
Validate quality and completeness of documentation provided by client.
Follow up with client to ensure all required documentation is provided by due date
Upload user stories in Jira or client system once final
Inform Project Manager of any project risks issues or changes.
Document refinement sessions lead by technical lead (requirements clarification action items etc.).
Collaborate with the product owner and PM in creation of the backlogs
Update issues in the backlog with outcomes from refinement sessions.
After refinement is complete send meeting recordings and a summary of tasks committed for the next sprint.
Inform Project Manager if we will be using surge capacity (if relevant)
Assess new requirements and identify impacts on the scope in collaboration with technical lead
Inform Project Manager of any project risks issues or changes.
Participate on QA sessions (functionality Does it meet all requirements Cross check user stories to ensure all relevant requirements are being delivered)
Update documentation upon project/epic closure (if required)
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in a related field is required MBA or related Masters is preferred.
3 years of experience as a consultant or business analyst.
Familiarity with the project lifecycle for IT projects using Jira.
Ability to think in systems and understand interdependencies across components of a technology platform.
Experience within a SaaS environment preferred
Experience with traditional and Agile delivery methodologies preferred
Familiarity with LEAN or other continuous improvement methodologies an asset
High proficiency with MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Experience with project planning software (Jira Smartsheet etc.) workflow diagram tools (Visio Lucid chart etc.) and internal collaboration tools (Jira Teamwork etc.) is an asset.
