Your responsibilities in a nutshell

Ensure complete management of accounting operations - Supervise accounts payable and receivable, as well as sending account statements - Manage insurance renewal - Develop the budget and prepare the monthly financial statements – Prepare year-end files for the external auditor and update various weekly and quarterly reports - Complete various reports for government agencies - Process employee payroll - Prepare hiring documentation, files of employees and any other forms required according to established procedures - Manage employee benefits, including group insurance and voluntary retirement savings plans - Maintain vacation and sick leave banks up to date, and be responsible for files CNESST - Ensure compliance with the pay equity file.

Your strengths for this position

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent and CPA (asset)
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience with the complete accounting cycle including payroll and budget
• Good knowledge of accounting software

• Bilingualism: required
