Job Description
The incumbent provides clinical assistance to anaesthetists, as well as calibrating, troubleshooting and performing repairs on anaesthetic equipment, as required, at all acute care facilities. Individuals in this position have a blended reporting relationship, reporting administratively to the manager, cardio-respiratory services (i.e. payroll, professional issues), financially to the manager of nursing - operating room (i.e. direct purchase authorization, inventory additions/deletions) and receives clinical direction from the department of anaesthesia.
