Position Summary:
Actively support Bunge’s efforts to profitably grow with Canadian FI & Trade accounts by working closely with the Director Sales – Canada and Canadian sales team to provide ongoing day to day account support. This position, when executed successfully, is expected to help in achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and partner cross-functionally (sales, customer service, marketing, supply chain, sales operations, pricing & contracting, and credit/CAR team) in fulfilling customer needs and facilitating industry leading account management activity.

Core Functions:

• Be a catalyst for the change required to meet Bunge’s strategic objectives.
• Work as an integral member of the Canadian Business unit by providing routine and ad-hoc support.
• Work closely with Canadian Business Unit sales, customer service, contracting, credit/CAR team, pricing, and product management to facilitate execution of day-to-day routine customer facing activities including price quotations, contract management, sample coordination, customer set up, performance dashboard, account planning, and other requests as needed by the Business Unit.
• Coordinate and support the team inputs into salesforce.com and forecasting / IBP
• Work closely with customer service in problem solving service issues
• Partner cross-functionally with other Business Units areas including but not limited to sales, customer service, marketing, supply chain, credit/CAR and credit, to fulfill customer needs
• Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed
• Customer portal as needed

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred;
• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or other relevant experience required,
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Strong proficiency in office productivity software and salesforce.com
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, senior management, peers
• Strong teamwork
