Job description

We are looking for a material handler to join our expanding team in DDO. Our company is an international leader in the countertop industry. As a material handler, you will be working alongside other material handlers, with occasional time spent in the yard. Material handlers are required to operate forklifts, which are sit down, as well as an overhead crane to manipulate quartz slabs. Material handlers are also responsible for completing paperwork both on paper and electronically on a computer. Material handlers are also responsible for the loading and unloading of semi trailers and trucks. This is a day shift, that pays a minimum of 20$ an hour.

Responsibilities
Load and unload trucks and trailers
Work in the warehouse and occasionally the yard
Safely operate a forklift sit down and overhead crane
Enter data into computer
Fill out reports
Inventory
General cleaning of warehouse
Qualifications
Valid forklift sit down license
Overhead crane license an asset
Bilingual
Computer literate (ERP and Oracle an asset)
Comfortable working outdoors
Comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs
Comfortable with a fast paced work environment
3 years experience in a similar role
