**Role Overview:**
As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions across our various platforms. You will work closely with our development team to drive the design, development, and deployment of web and mobile applications using Laravel, React, and other relevant technologies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the technical development of web and mobile applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to optimize development processes.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending new tools and techniques to enhance our technical capabilities.
**Requirements:**
- Extensive experience in web development using Laravel and React, with a strong understanding of modern PHP and JavaScript frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from concept to completion, ideally within the retail or e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in developing mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms using native or cross-platform frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
