As the Business Transformation Analyst, you will play a key role in identifying and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our business processes and systems, optimize efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead and execute various transformation projects across the organization, leveraging your expertise in project management, process improvement, and automation technologies.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Build a pipeline of transformation initiatives across the company. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans to ensure successful implementation and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and integration of transformation initiatives across the organization. Design and build Alteryx workflows, bots and AI-powered low-code automation workflows to enable end-users to automate routine tasks and processes. Monitor and evaluate project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track. Develop and implement change management strategies including training programs and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Track and measure the impact of transformation initiatives on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business outcomes. Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative approaches to business transformation and change management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (7+ years) in leading and managing business transformation initiatives within a complex organization. Strong understanding of business processes, operations, and systems, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Experience building complex Alteryx workflows is a must. Experience with bots and GenAI tools is preferred. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration and alignment across departments. Proven ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement within an organization. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus.
