Competitive salary: $90,000 to $100,000 annually (negotiable depending on experience)
Straight day shift: 6am to 4 pm Mon-Fri

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Manage all aspects of the team, including the Production Supervisor.
- Create and manage work schedules, and shipping / receiving. Work with the Quality Control and Production team to ensure proper management and distribution of inventory.
- Hold employees accountable and drive performance through key metrics. Coach, mentor, and train staff including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage all aspects of the production including customer relationships.
- Maintain consistent communication with staff, customers, head office, and suppliers.
- Partake in business development including processes improvement, and team growth
Qualifications
What you bring:
Minimum 5 - 10 years of managing experience in a Production or Distribution Center environment (including shipping and receiving).
Ability to make split-second decisions based on available information.
Highly organized with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills, both upward and downward within the organization.
Hardworking and trustworthy, with an ownership mindset.
Strong customer service experience, understanding customer specifications and ensuring accuracy.
