Job description
Adecco is currently recruiting for a confident and experienced temporary, full-time Document Control Advisor in Calgary, AB to work at a globally known and well-established company.
As Document Control Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating document control action items to completion. Working independently under the supervision of a team lead. Using strong orientation to detail and prioritization skills to provide document control direction to projects throughout the asset life while working in accordance with the requirements of our standards and the related systems, processes, and tools.
This role will be best suited for a confident, experienced professional who values safety above all else, teamwork, collaboration, and taking on exciting new challenges.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Resolve complex issues and problems under some guidance and direction.
Produce complex routine and scheduled audit reports.
Understands and becomes a Suncor Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) super-user.
Complies with company policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
Coordinate with Engineering Provider the creation, issuance, completion, and turnover of engineering deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Must be able to identify adverse conditions from collected data and report on it.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
A High School Diploma with 10 years of Document Control experience
Functional knowledge of technical systems, practices, and processes
Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
Advanced skills with MS Office suite, Adobe Pro, and electronic document management systems
Experience working on diverse projects that vary in scope, size, and complexity
Asset Lifecyle Information Management (ALIM) experience
