Full-time Permanent Office Administrator Nu-Tech Metals is looking for a self-starting, enthusiastic individual to fill the position of Office Administrator. The successful candidate will have experience in bookkeeping and work with minimal supervision. Please submit your resume to [email protected] to apply for this position. Responsibilities include: • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles. • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records. • Data entry skills. • Ability to multi-task. • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software (Sage 50, proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel). • Exemplary customer service skills. • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Payroll processing: • Proofing of weekly timecards. • Processing payroll through Sage 50. • Submitting payment via EFT through online banking system. • Allocation of hours into job sheets. Accounts Payables: • Proofing and posting of supplier invoices. • Monthly payables cheque run. Accounts Receivables: • Weekly invoicing of Customer accounts. • Posting of Customer payments via cheque, EFT, etc. • Collection of past due accounts. Monthly Remittances: • Calculation and submission of EHT, WSIB, HST, Source Deductions, etc. • Calculation of Union remittances.
