As they continue to expand there operations in Calgary, they are seeking a dedicated and motivated Junior Project Manager to join there team.
Job Description:
As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of all multifamily construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the project management team in coordinating and organizing various aspects of the construction process. While prior experience is not required, a solid understanding or knowledge of the construction sector is essential to excel in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment, and services required for construction projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays, reporting them to the project management team.
- Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Support the project management team in resolving any construction-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to multifamily construction.
