Your mission as a Data Analyst!
As an Experienced Data analyst, you will be the cornerstone of our business intelligence data team, focusing on analyzing platform-wide data to provide insights and support decision-making across various aspects of the product beyond individual game performance. It's not just about data structuring - it's about enabling the foundation and ongoing delivery of our business intelligence strategy, engaging with our community, and driving business decisions based on timely, accurate, and meaningful data.
What you’ll be doing:
- Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to derive actionable insights into user behavior, platform performance, and business operations.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards or reports to track and visualize key platform metrics, including user activity, engagement, conversion rates, and financial performance.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to provide recommendations for improving platform efficiency, user experience, and revenue generation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders from different departments (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for decision-making.
- Conducting A/B testing or experimentation to evaluate the impact of platform changes and enhancements on user behavior and platform performance.
- Communicating findings and insights to stakeholders in clear and concise reports, presentations, or data visualizations.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (such as Tableau, and Power BI), and statistical analysis software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Experience working with diverse data sets from various sources and a strong understanding of database structures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders from different departments.
