Job description
We are in search of for a temporary Receptionist for a front desk of a manufacturing facility in Saanichton BC. If you are looking to gain some administrative experience, have excellent phone and computer skills, and full time availability, we want to hear from you!
Receptionist
Opportunity: Full time for approximately 2 weeks
Location: Saanichton - Keating Cross
Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday
Pay rate: $23/hour
Start: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients
- Processing incoming and outgoing cheques
- Data entry
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Setting up courier deliveries
- Sanitizing boardroom after meetings
- Keeping office tidy
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Strong English Written and Oral Communication
- Strong organizational skills
- Professionally presented
- Strong attention to detail
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong work ethic - looks for tasks to do during slow periods
