Land, Culture, Summer Camps Coordinator
Regina, Saskatoon or Prince Albert Campus
March 15, 2024 through September 15, 2024

First Nations University of Canada provides an opportunity for students of all nations to learn in an environment of First Nations cultures and values. The University continues to uphold its mission of enhancing the quality of life, and to preserve, protect and interpret the history, language, culture, and artistic heritage of First Nations people.  

Duties:

Coordinating the sharing of information between the different units and committees that organize camps at FNUniv.
Developing supports and measures to ensure the health and safety of our staff and students who attend camps.
Working with our OH&S committee to ensure there are policies and processes in place.
Communicating updates to the VP of Academics and Associate Dean Community and Graduate Programs.
Working closely with camp planning committees to implement developed safety measures.

Qualifications:
Applicants must have an undergraduate degree; minimum of three (3) years related experience, preferably in a university environment. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
