Job position: Marketing Specialist (NOC 11202) Duties: managing business marketing and promotion operations, assisting business owner set up marketing plans according to products characterises, analyzing local and Asian customers demands and new markets situation, designing marketing activities based on on-stie or online survey and research results, creating promotion and marketing ideas for business owner, assisting business owner designing advertising budgets, communicating with local medias to publish advertisements, keeping touch with local physical and online social groups to promote products, releasing business information on marketing and media platforms, setting up online marketing tools to attract new comers customers, communicating with printing services to prepare business advertisements and posters, preparing and implementing customers communication plans, reporting advertisements and marketing activities effects to business owner, communicating with potential customers to promote new products to them, responding questions from customers and partners regarding business products, assisting business owner promote products to newcomers groups, assisting business owner develop new products selling channels, assisting business owner develop new market and open new branches, organizing and hosting marketing activities, supervising the activities process and temporary work teams to complete the process, training and supervising sales workers, working on other business tasks as required. Location: Fredericton, New Brunswick. Start date: as soon as possible, no late than June 3, 2024 Salary: $30.00/hour. Benefits: business bonus plan, free parking, Annual salary: $46,800 Working hours: 30 hours/week. Holidays: no need to work at public holidays, 10 business days’ paid holiday after probation term. Probation term: 1 month. Family leave: 10 days. Job type: permanent full-time job. Requirements: • Language: English, Mandarin will be asset (communicating with local Asian newcomer groups). • Education: Post-secondary education. • Working experience: at least 3-5 year’s marketing related working experience. • Management skills: online working abilities, any management skills are assets.
