Job description
Kelly is looking for Receptionist in Moncton, NB for one of our long-term clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the flow of the office. You will create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and staff, answering phone calls, directing visitors, and handling the day-to-day administrative tasks. The hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
Please note: this is a contract set at 4 months with the ability to become permanent for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting and interacting with clients and staff
- Answering phones and managing switchboard
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining supply room
- Maintaining kitchen and ensuring supplies are in stock
- Assisting associates with filing, scanning and other administrative duties
- Managing courier deliveries and Canada Post
- Working in a team environment to ensure best practices and balanced workflow
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Background or strong experience in administration or clerical services
- Ability to take initiative and a pro-active approach to work
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional planning, organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information with integrity
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands and recognizes priorities, deadlines and has a sense of urgency
- Desire to grow and to expand capabilities and responsibilities
