We are looking for a hardworking, committed, and experienced customer services representative for our very reputed Car Rental Company. The role is responsible for the following: 1- Welcoming customers to the counter. 2- Answer incoming calls from customers and taking reservations or helping customers over the phone. 3-Identify and assess customer needs and suggest solutions. 3- Creating rental agreement and check in and check out of vehicles. 4- inspecting, Cleaning and maintaining the vehicles. 5- Commnicating with insurance companies regarding replacement rental vehicles. 6-Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. 7- Take the extra effort to engage customers positively.

9- Cleaning the office area and reception area and keeping it organized. 10- Able to work with the team.

Requirement and Skills: - Must be 25 years old or older. - Must have G license. - Typing and email writing skills. -Basic knowledge of Word, excel. -Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. -Srong phone contact handling skills and active listening. - Familiarity with POS system ( Can be Trained) - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. -Eligible to work in Canada. -Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
