SCOPE

Located in Inuvik, the Health Care Services Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Health Services Administration.

The Heath Care Services Administrative Assistant provides support and administrative assistance to the Health Services Administration office regarding the flow of information to and from, as well as within the division. This position provides administrative and clerical support to the staff of the Health Services Administration division and receptionist duties to the Public, and ensure the public is received and treated in a professional, courteous and timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Typically, the above qualifications would be attained by:

The completion of Grade 12 (High School) diploma plus two (2) years of relevant work experience in a client service-focused environment.

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
