Description

Rosedale Transport requires a dock associate in its Delta BC location.

Duties will include, unload freight from trucks or trailers to/from the appropriate areas for storage or transfer/ shipping using the proper equipment.

Operate various equipment used to help with loading, unloading and/ or load securement. This can include manual pump truck, electric pump truck (walkie), straps (ratchet and carpet) and two wheel dolly.

Inspect and verify inbound and outbound freight against pro bills and other documents, record any shortages or damages. Follow procedures as outlined regarding loading/ unloading with proper paperwork, labels, tags, etc other duties as assigned

Rate of Pay : $25.00 to start

Work week : Monday to Friday, Day Shift

Minimum requirements:
Preferably two years of verifiable warehouse experience
Fork lift certificate
Fork lift experience
Clean criminal search

Employees will be eligible for Company Benefits after 90 days of employment and other bonus programs.
