Job description
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Familiarity with various types of heavy equipment and their operation.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Strong attention to safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical stamina, ability to lift heavy objects, and ability to work in various
weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Certification or experience in relevant areas, such as fuel system maintenance
or heavy equipment operation, is beneficial.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.
• Experience with technology and mobile devices is beneficial.
• Able to work flexible hours (may involve some weekend and/or overtime)
• Able to work without supervision and as a team member.
• Must be willing to learn and to adapt to changing and fast-paced work
environments.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT
This position works on seasonal construction sites and may require irregular hours,
including evening and weekend work to complete projects in a timely manner.
The job may involve exposure to various weather conditions and physical exertion.
