Reporting on campus to the Manager of Student Services and functionally to the Manager of Housing & Student Life, you will play a key role in the campus implementation of NSCC's Campus Housing Operational Plan. You will have oversight of daily Campus Housing operations, Campus Housing community development and administrative duties/reporting. This will include mentorship and guidance for six Campus Housing Assistants, as they help to create a safe and inclusive community environment.

On campus, you will work with others on the Student Services team, the Business Office, the Facilities Department, and the Student Association to provide a wide range of activities, services and supports to enhance the quality of the student campus housing experience. During the summer months, you will provide oversight to our conference/guest services and will work with the campus on marketing and promotion of this resource.
