Job Description:
The Assistant Project Manager will support the Project Management team in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of projects.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders.
• Support the management of project budgets and schedules.
• Contribute to risk management and problem-solving processes.

Qualifications:

• 9 to 12 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a focus on high-rise construction.
• Experience assisting in the management of at least 2 high-rise construction projects.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
