Position: Junior Payroll Clerk
Location: Montreal (Decarie Boulevard) 5 days on-site
Salary:  $50,000 to $60,000 (based on experience)

Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding corporation in the construction sector, is seeking a Junior Payroll Clerk to join their team. Within this opportunity, you will be collaborating with accounting and human resources, implicated within the payroll scope. Please see details below and apply today!

Main Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience
- Full US payroll cycle experience (ideal)
- Experience using ADP
- Fluently bilingual required for communications outside of Quebec

Main Responsibilties:

- Enter and process all timesheets weekly in ADP Workforce Now
- Enter/remove new hires or departures
- Gather all personal payroll information to onboard new employees
- Adjust salary changes as requested
- Reconcile all payroll G/L accounts on a weekly basis
- Update/change health benefits for employees
- Manage 401k modifications on as needed basis
