Position: Payroll Technician
Location: Saint-Laurent, Montreal (5 days on-site)
Salary: $70,000 (Based on experience)
Benefits: Free parking, RRSP with employer matching, 3 weeks of vacation, 5 personal days

Requirements:

- At least 3 years' recent and relevant experience in full cycle payroll
- DEC, AEC, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Bilingualism for communications outside of Quebec
- Knowledge of Quebec's labor standards
- Familiarity with Nethris payroll software (ideal)

Key Responsibilities:

- Process full cycle payroll accurately and efficiently
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR matters, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
- Monitor employee vacations and other authorized absences, managing benefits accordingly
- Prepare employee correspondence, including letters for changes, recoveries, and employment confirmations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
